If you find that you are not loving the items you have received, you may return the items for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
All items that you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
To start the return process please email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name on order, and items you would like to return.
You will receive a response within 48 hours, which will include a return address label. Customer is responsible for the cost of return. Return label will expire within 72 hours. Please get return package into the mail as soon as possible.
All returns will be processed within 72 hours after we receive the item. Store credit for the returned items will be sent to the email on the original purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and will see this difference in the store credit refunded amount.
We do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange for another size, you may place a new order in the new size using the store credit given.
All final sale items or accessories are final sale
Ineligible items that are sent back and not accepted can be sent back for an $8 fee.
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale
Shoes must be returned in the original box
We are unable to accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition
